These F5Ns were equipped with downgraded AN/APQ159 radar but used only AIM9L to trounce F14s and F15s at ‘close-in combat.’ F14s with AMRAAMs made it even at 1:1, F15s better at 2:1.Emerson APG-69 radar image is included in ‘F5 CDkit set’ and can fit the same space on either panel.
