Description: Vintage 1930s Eversharp Oxford Twist Filler fountain pen and mechanical pencil set in original factory box. These are made of celluloid in a grey shell pattern with white metal trim. Fountain pen measures 5 3/16” capped. Superflex 14k Oxford #5 nib lays down a smooth and consistent XF/F line that widens to a approx. 2.1mm under light pressure. Pen fills by twisting red button beneath the blind cap at the end of the barrel. Holds ink directly in the barrel. A new sac has been installed in this pen but it unfortunately only fills on the first couple twists of the button. So it doesn't fill to factory capacity but does hold about as much ink as a lever filler. Mechanical pencil is fully functional, expelling, retracting, and gripping lead as designed when the cap is turned. No chips, cracks, or personalizations.
