Condition:Good-Plus Condition for this antique history book. "Leather-look fabric Cover bubbled from back board, plus slight fading of spine lettering, plus light corner wear. Hinges/binding are tight/strong. Owner name and some pencilled notes inside front. Mild age-tanning throughout book, but pages supple, not brittle. Interior is clean...no tears, folds, stains, marks, or foxing found. Collectible. Strawberry Acres, G Richmond, 1911, A L Burt - 1st edition (assumed) Good Condition for this vintage 1st edition (assumed). Cover shows general aging/fading and spine crinkle, plus clear signs of repair to spine ends, plus antique-style metal corners which will extend the book's life. Hinges/binding are tight/strong, due to hinge repair visible front and back. No owner name inside. Very light ivory cream age-tanning inside boards and visible on some pages...not unattractive. Interior is clean...no tears, folds, stains, marks, or foxing. No DJ. The book is now strong and usable without special care needed. Collectible.
