Description: Dwarf Sagittaria Subulata is an easy to grow carpeting plants. It grows to about 4 to 10 inches tall & has a grassy appearance. It will tolerate low light and grow slowly in sand substrate. It will spread quickly by runners under medium to high light and in nutrient rich aqua soil. I do have snail in my tank. I considered snail as beneficial for aquarium house keeping - They eat algae and any uneaten foods. I do visually inspected and manually remove them prior to shipping. However, it's possible that some smaller ones will sneak past my visual inspection. you can soak the plants in Alum solution (dissolve 1 oz of alum in 1 gallon of water) for four hours to remove snail. You can also bait them if the number are too excessive.
