Description: This is a bronze medal marking the 250th anniversary of the chartering of Derry New Hampshire, issued in 1969. This is the size of a dollar coin (about 38mm, it's in a dollar coin flip). Condition of course is uncirculated, with no damage or issues with the surfaces. In the 1960's & 70's towns in New Hampshire issued bronze, copper, pewter and sterling medals to commemorate their chartering, at centennial, sesquicentennial or bicentennial.
