Superman & Wonder Woman shared an embrace beneath the moonlight in the pages of JUSTICE LEAGUE #12, and they’ve been DC Comics’ premier power couple ever since.I, the seller, purchased this unbelievable exquisite statue brand new and, due to a shipping problem, found that the tip of Superman's cape was broken off and Wonder Woman's leg had a minor crack...not catastrophes by any measure. I personally took the statue to a professional toy dealer nearby in Charlotte, NC and someone with a reputation for repairing statues such as this one. He began the restoration of the cape, but, unfortunately, the gentleman went out of business before he finished. I was called to come pick up the statue and I noticed that the piece of the cape that was broken off had been replaced by him and sanded down ready to be painted.I stored the statue away until this moment. I do not have the time or the effort to pursue repairing this beautiful statue, so, here it is for someone to take it, do the necessary repairs and to display it for their collection. So, the cape needs a dark red candy apple colored enamel paint to repair. (I have the actual paint from the restorer that he was going to use for this purpose) I will include this to the buyer at no cost!!! And, the Wonder Woman leg problem, I felt, was very minor and that repairing it would be very difficult to match the exact color of the flesh (probably impossible,) and it would eventually "mar" the overall aesthetic of the statue. I believe it is best to leave the leg as is since it was a clean break and not all the way through and not chipped. So my solution is this: I would remove a portion of the glue apparent near the damged area and re-glue which would stabilize the leg and the entire figure...you will not even notice the damage. The statue comes in the original mint-like box (16.75" x 9.25" x 7") with no creases and no damaged areas and the original styrofoam shell container/packaging. Other than this, the statue overall is in like new condition...it is gorgeous!!!
