It is essentially a textured plastic attached to canvas, which depicts an image of my painting "National Treasure." This particular print was part of a series in which artists enhanced the image by painting directly on the print with oil paint. The paint was not applied by me. The framed print sold, originally, for around $2,000.00. I am so sorry, but I cannot help you by offering any suggestions to recoup any money from the print.
