Perfect for nightstand or desk top reading light. The digital clock “ticks” the seconds by. One of the bars on the digital clock is frequently a no show - on the far right side, but I’ve left it plugged in for a few days and it does return. Not sure why it doesn’t show up sometimes. Light works on “hi” setting only but this may be just because of the type of lightbulb in the socket. I gave it a good cleaning - and it works - aside from what I mentioned above.
