The 10 removable trays have over 34 square feet of drying area and is rated for 1300 rose blooms per load. Unit features two big 1 HP refrigeration units and an Edwards E2M18 vacuum pump. The condensation chamber is an oversize 20-liter unit with a hot refrigerant defrost system. The specimen chamber temperature is guided by a Johnson controls A419 digital thermostat. Unit also has an electric isolation valve between the chambers. The system controls and instrumentation include individual rocker switches for major components, defrosting and the electric isolation valve.
