Description: These are small but very nicely made steam workshop tools produced by a company named AHI in Japan in the 1960s, and perhaps also earlier into the late 1950s. They are of all-metal construction, probably zinc for the main frames and other painted parts, along with some steel and brass for the working parts. This set consists of the following (model numbers and names): 5932-2, Lathe; 5932-3, Milling Machine; 5932-4, Drilling Machine; 5932-5, Power Press; 5932-7, Circular Saw; 5932-8, Grinder. All are in excellent original working condition, with the sole exception of the Power Press (unit shown at the far left in the first 4 photos). The power press had suffered some damage in that parts of two of the legs had been broken off at the bottom, and the press wheel and shaft/cam no longer turns, but it still displays well (I simply cut off the remaining legs to match the length of the broken ones!). The complete series included only three more tools (#1 Line Shaft, #6 Hack Saw, and #9 battery-powered motor), so this is the better part of a complete set.
