The plate is 5" across. Please note the unique, perfectly round shallow hole on the inside from production. We looked closely, and it only goes about halfway. Very interesting. Update: We did some more research and found out that it's most likely a bubble that popped during the firing process. Apparently, it's good luck! There are no cracks, chips, repairs, or crazing.
