It stands 4.5 inches tall and is 3 inches wide. It was produced in Taiwan for the Republic of China. It is made of ceramic/porcelain type material of some sort. It is finely painted and fairly detailed. The item was purchased by my family and has remained in our possession since the 1970s/1980s. You won't find anything quite like this today and more than likely a piece of similar stature produced today would be of lesser quality as artisans put in a lot more effort into making these back then. The item looks in almost brand new shape. There are some very tiny paint loss on a couple of small parts. It is not due to handling or age. It was due to the manufacturer/painter who may have used not enough paint on some of the finer areas and dried as such. These are minor and won't take away from the beauty of this piece.
