The fabric is not damaged, and while I am a skilled seamstress, I didn't want to attempt to repair a vintage piece! It could be easily fixed by someone with more knowledge in this area. The fabric is still bright, without tears, stains, etc. The only holes are along the seam lines from broken threads as previously noted.
