Description: Celebrate the golden age of Canadian aviation with this Canadian Pacific/CP Air late 1960s-early 1970s flight attendant pin. Operating as Canadian Pacific Air Lines during the early 1940s as a flight component of the long-running railway, the airline company adopted a new name and logo in 1968. Renamed CP Air, a new logo appeared on the flight operator as well as other Canadian Pacific companies. This logo design would be incorporated into the graphics of CP Air's airplanes along with new uniforms. Part of a light blue flight attendant outfit appearing in the late 1960s, this CP Air emblem pin would be seen on the hat or on the dress. Measuring close to an inch in height and length, this pin is a brilliant historical piece. Thank you for looking and please check out my other listings.
