It should also fit an A5S360R / 5L40E transmission. The trans came from a 2004 BMW X5 with 155k miles. This assembly is the Input Sun Gear Shaft through the Intermediate Clutch Sprag. All the teeth are in good shape no cracks or chips. This corresponds with GM part number 96025215, 96024489, and 96024895. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
