The cookbook itself is in good condition. The front of the cover shows light staining. The corners show light scuffing. There are a couple of small crease marks in the lower left and right hand corners. There’s a small tear in the lower right hand corner. There’s very light scuffing along the bottom edge. There’s light scuffing at the top and bottom of the spine. The back of the cover shows light staining. There’s a large amount of sticker residue, from where a price sticker used to be, located in the lower right hand corner. There’s light scuffing to the corners. There’s a tiny tear in the upper and lower left hand corners. There are also a few various-sized, light scratch marks throughout both the front and back covers (these are hardly noticeable). The inside of the front and back covers and the main pages are lightly yellowed. However, all of the pages are still fully legible. The cookbook also has a light musty smell, due to storage.
