Up for the auction is a beautiful antique from the late 19th / early 20th century QI’ING dynasty Chinese embroidered double- sided silk pouch in the rectangular shape.Embroidered all through in brick stitches using multicolored silk threads and golden metallic threads using couching technique. The blue background is also a brick stitch embroidery executed in blue threads.The embroidery features auspicious fruits, flowers, and a butterfly.
