Remain still and press A to any pop-ups (as soon as you get to the room you can do this!) PS: If the “Y” button doesn’t work that means you will need to unlock the downstairs basement in the Pokémon Center, just simply go downstairs and talk to the NPC’s. 🚩To trade in Scarlet/Violet, please read the instructions below: 1) Press the "X" button then on the right, Main Menu, press "Poké Portal" (To get "Poké Portal" you need to visit the first Pokémon Center). 2) Press "L" to connect to the internet. 3) Select "Link Trade". 4) Select "Set Link Code" (I will give you the code via message). 5) Then select "Begin Searching".
