Description: Nice 6 Plate Bundle of Collector Tin Art Plates Noted as follows below. Some are labeled, others not, but easily identified. Plates range from 9.5" -10.25" in Diameter. All plates have soft tab metal holders included.Just Reduced!!! 1-2.) 2 Royal Saxony No. 101 "Auf Capri" (Woman with Vase & Flowers), by Charles W. Shonk, Chicago , Circa 1900-1910 featuring woman with vase. These are in very good condition but not exc-mint as there are some scuffs to paint, but colors and images are strong. These plates can sell from $30 to $75 each, with a few over $200 when used in advertising. Fairly rare style compared to most. Plates are not labeled. 3.) 1 Dresden No. 201 "Adriadne" (Woman leaning on wall) by Meek Co, Circa 1900-1909. Good shape with minor wear as shown. Plate is not labeled. Slightly smaller at under 10" than the other plates. 4.) 1 Royal Saxony #103, "In Gedanken" (Seated Woman), by Charles W. Shonk circa 1900-1909, Marked J.H. Mueller & Son, Moline, Ill. Mueller & Son were liquor distributors making this a pre prohibition advertising piece. Circa 1900-1910, Nice looking plate with general wear and some crazing. This pattern has sold from $50 to over $1600 (with Dr. Pepper label) but sold a number of times for over $100 with liquor ads. This is the only one of these marked Mueller and Son we could find going back 20+ years in eBay & other records. In fact we only found an old Pabst Beer bottle that Mueller & Son had distributed and one ice pick, but not much else, so this is extremely rare in more ways than one. 5.) 1 Royal Saxony #104 , "Poesie", by Chas W. Shonk, circa 1900-1910, we sold this "Poesie" design a few years back for $95 and it was not as nice as this offering. 6.) 1 Baret Ware from England, "The Idyll". Pretty nice plate in nice shape. We threw this one in bundle as it is a nice looking plate. No as collectible as the above but has a good look. Labeled Baret Ware of England. These sell from $12 to $30 usually. Very nice bundle to save collectors some change. Sold individually the plates are roughly worth $375-$500 based on paste sales reported on eBay or other sources. Let us know if you have questions.
