Mind you this is a Docsis 3.0 modem, some providers are doing docsis 3.1 now. It is 100% entirely the buyer's responsibility to make sure this will work with their provider before purchasing, no returns will be entertained for failure to read the listing. This is a great working ARRIS SBG6950AC2, but as with all modems, some providers are restrictive about what devices they allow. I keep reading COX particularly doesn't play well with this model, not 100% sure on that but call your provider to make sure before purchasing. Was functioning on Spectrum 2 weeks ago for what it's worth. Free shipping to the lower 48.
