This frame previously had a mirror inside of it appears to be handcrafted or carved with backing to support the pieces that protrude from outside the edges. It has a couple aging cracks in two of the corner pieces as noted in photos, but nothing damaging to the integrity of that piece or the frame. It does not have a name or brand that I could find on it but appears to be very very old.
