Description: Antique Scandinavian Knife Norwegian Puukko Hunting Finnish Swedish A very fine antique late 1800s to early 1900s era Scandinavian hunting knife. This knife is a rare beauty made of detailed horn/antler and nickel silver with a matching sheath for storage when not in use. There are ornate hand-etched details on the sheath, and knife metal. The knife handle is unique in production comprising of several segmented layers of horn/antler. This specimen would be a remarkable addition to any collection! Condition: There is a crack and missing piece on the inside of the sheath as shown in the photos. The leather loop piece is worn and has a crack in the leather loop. The small metal rivet on the loop is rusted. There are a few black/green spots on the blade edge and top of the blade edge by the seam. Please review the photos carefully as they are an extension of this description.
