Description: A beautiful quality little French clock with all round bevelled glass. Sitting on bun feet and with engraved foliate edges. An eight day movement and a good time keeper. It comes with travel case and can be fully enclosed. It has a nice piece of provenance.. There is a slot in the back of the case to keep the key. In that slot i found a clockmakers handwritten receipt from 1979 of £15 for repairing and polishing the timepiece and insurance valuation of £125.13cm high..
