Description: This early California landscape impressionist painting is a beautiful piece of art that will surely enhance any room. You can see from the canvas on from the back it is very old. Nailed to the wood cavas frame and browned from age. Measuring 19.5" x 16" without frame and 25 1/2" x 21 3/4" x 1" Is not signed on the painting but the back of the canvas has in pencil the name "Edward and can't read the last name".If anyone recognizing the name any info is alway appreciated. Not sure if this is the name of the artist or owner. Condition:Still has a nice display quality. The painting does have some cracking and there is a little slice on the paint with a very tiny chip which I try to show in photo number. Also there are a few other chips that are not very easy to see. A nice cleaning could brighten it up. Important to look at photos and use zoom up option for a closer look at condition and details.
