Exterior is overall clean with some soiling and toning to the covers. Outer fore edges of the pages show some minor soils. Outer corners and edges of the covers and upper and lower ends of the spine show some rubbing. Interior of the book is overall clean with some minor soiling here and there and with some of the illustrations more towards the front of the book being colored in in crayon overall cleanly and always without any scribbling. Gutters at the inside hinges between the front and back endpapers have clothbacked bookbinder's tape reinforcements. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 261 pages, measures approximately 9 1/4 x 7 1/8 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about 1 1/2 pounds.
