Description: AMERICAN WEST CAROLYN POLLACK RED, WHITE, BLUE PENDANT & NECKLACE NIB. I am now retired and I am downsizing my own personal jewelry collection. This is a Pendant/Enhancer/Slide and Woven Leather Necklace that I have had for some time that is brand new in the original box. It is a wonderful way to show love of country and patriotism in a southwest style. The beautiful pendant has one large round Cabachon of Moonstone in the center with surrounding prog set Cabachons of Blue Lapis and Red Coral in different shapes. The pendant is Sterling Silver with beautiful etching on the back and a very large snap bail. It can be worn as a pendant/enhancer or as a slider for a wide necklace. The set includes a Carolyn Pollack leather woven necklace with Sterling end caps and toggle closure. THE STERLING NECKLACE SHOWN IN PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED WITH LISTING. The necklace is 16 inches long and the pendant is approximately 1 5/8” round and approximately 1 inch in height. Carolyn Pollack began her Southwest jewelry business in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA in 1975. She began her interest in design when she was a child helping her mother sew clothing. She loved the Native American stories she grew up hearing and decided to open a business for Southwest Native American jewelry to continue the legacy that she loved. She located her business in USA using Native Americans as craftsmen, manufacturing everything by hand using Native American designs and American products. She designed a stunning line of jewelry that has transcended not only the traditional western style to a timeless, refined, glamorous, and incredible fashion statement. She and her husband have retired and closed their manufacturing plant and now QVC is continuing the manufacturing but in another country. All of my items are authentic and were purchased from a reputable retailer seller. They have been stored in my climate controlled smoke free home since purchasing.
