Cosmetic Condition The illuminator is in fairly good cosmetic condition: - It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. Testing With the illuminator connected to the transformer and plugged in, it had no issues powering on. We had no problems switching intensity settings.This is the full extent of the testing performed. The illuminator is in working condition.
