All four post are beautifully carved with Acanthus leafing. The feet are covered with brass protectors and their are brass rollers. The headboard is fantastic crotch Mahogany with a large carved rolling pin crest. A solid bed it is bolted together together. In age appropriate condition, I do think the rails have been changed to make it full in length.
