Description: Alan Wallwork England Studio Ceramic Art Tile Round MCM Signed Cork Backing 6” This is a beautiful abstract art ceramic tile with cork backing by British Ceramist Alan Wallwork. This piece is from the 1960’s, when Wallwork was experimenting with dropped and trailed glaze pools. Stamped on back “Alan Wallwork, Ceramics Made in England”. Very good condition, does have minor signs of age/wear. Two tiny flea bites on back of tile, not seen when displayed. Please view all photos for details and condition. Measures 6” diameter.
