Description: These medals were altered by adding a large binder clip on the top and were used to present the NATO award to the soldiers before they departed Afghanistan. They were temporarily clipped on the soldier’s uniform then taken back for further use and then the soldier would get their permanent award at a later date upon their return home. Great reminder of the golden days of deployments and your chance to own a small part of US military history.
