Description: 7"h Mexico Tlaquepaque Pottery Vase Black with Hand Painted Campesino BurroOffering a very nice Tlaquepaque black pottery vase hand painted with a scenic having a farmer, a loaded up donkey, some cactus, an agave plant, a tree, and flowers. The colors are very nice blues, greens, pinks and yellows. It has a cream colored band at the rim and at the base. It measures 7"h x 3"d at the shoulder. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or other damage. There is one small area of paint loss at the base where the tan clay shows through. It is stamped on the bottom with an impressed MADE IN MEXICO mark.
