Pictures were taken october 7th and are starting to show dormancy with yellowing leaves. TO SIMPLIFY SHIPPING, ALL PLANTS WILL BE CUT BACK AND SHIPPED WITH NO LEAVES. Since these plants are starting to go dormant on their own, cutting them will have no affect on their health. You will receive a live first year seedling plant with white healthy roots. Fall is a great time to plant, but don't expect them to grow this year. They will still need some water even though they are going dormant, and will begin to grow next spring when your local weather tells them its time.
