This is signed by Nick Hexum, Chad Sexton, P-Nut, Tim Mahoney and SA Martinez. It's really cool because they signed it before they shrink wrapped these so the signatures will be well preserved for a long time. It is new/sealed/unplayed. This piece was never displayed anywhere. It was set on an IKEA shelf which has been covered by a drop cloth to keep out UV rays. It is in outstanding condition. I've provided images of all four corners for your review.
