Description: A wonderful gold metallic cord which was made in France. My grandfather use to call this beadette because it looks like beads. Gold metallic thread was wrapped around a black core and then wrapped again around more black threads. As it is a very unusual twist & was difficult to make, occasionally there might be an unevenness to the twist with more black thread showing. It is unused and in very good condition and measures approx 1/16" wide. I will send you 3 yards. This item is original antique stock from the archives of Tinsel Trading, in NY, which was founded by my grandfather in 1933 and now located in Berkeley, Ca.
