The date of manufacture can be in range 1970-1980s. Similar connectors were using for work with Soviet digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes and other devices for development military and civil production for Soviet industry in period USSR. The connectors is new (NOS) in good condition but may have minor signs of wear and tear from time. State of the two adapters you can see on our photos.
