Description: Vtg German Black Forest, Hunt, HECO 8 day, Cuckoo Clock, Henry Coehler, Regula movement, Germany Larger 22", all wood house adorned with a carved wooden stag head, rabbit, pheasant, rifle, satchel, oak leaves. Stag head, shield and oak leaf crown piece is removable. It is held in position by screws and hinge. I pulled one chain (left side on back), the wheels moved and it actioned the one cuckoo mechanism. The other other side was firm I didn't pull too hard, not wanting to cause any damage. One bellow is torn the other is functioning. I do not know much about this clock other than its from the early 1950's (See 1950 HECO Catalogue page, last image ), its made of wood, looks awesome and is from Germany.
