2019-P Native American Coin & Currency Set Atlanta UnSeated $1 Note Error Rare?

Notes in these sets were loaded by machine and the note in this set did not seat as intended. A common U.S. Mint error when first issued, that I have only seen only in the 2019 sets, most were quickly returned and replaced by the Mint as fast as possible with properly seated notes; So as they would not look bad sending out error packaging/poor quality products and in turn getting bad press reviews, making these unseated type notes errors uncommon. Theme for 2019 sets is contributions to the U.S. Space Program by Native Americans w\ Mary Golda Ross on reverse of the Sac$. Sets include a 2017 $1 Note from one of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks (Atlanta, GA F 19592038 B in set up for auction) The number beginning with “1959” that corresponds to the launch year of the Agena spacecraft depicted on the reverse of the coin. Sets are housed in a tri-fold presentation folder, coin features edge lettering showing year, mint mark(P) and the words "E PLURIBUS UNUM". Do not confuse these with the regular Uncirculated or Proof coins. Uncirculated coins they were minted by the millions, Proof coins by the hundreds of thousands; the Sacagawea Dollar in this set has a Enhanced Uncirculated Limited Edition Finish, with a one year only reverse and only 50K struck. Set contains the first Philadelphia Struck Native American Coin Set with an enhanced uncirculated finish. I do not have coins/notes graded and do not cherry pick them, and can’t tell if a coin will grade a 68 or a 70. I'm the original owner of set, acquired it directly from the mint when first offered for sale, set has been stored in a non-smoking, climate controlled area since. Sold as is as shown in photos.
