Description: This auction is for a pair of souvenir classes from the 1999 Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes. Both legs of the Triple Crown that year were won by D. Wayne Lucas trained CHARASMATIC. Ridden by jockey Chris Antley. Charasmatic was the favorite for the Belmont, the third race in the triple crown, and took the lead late in the race , only to pull up with a career ending fracture to one of his legs.
