Item was inserted into the top of the bottle and allowed the bar tender to instantly find the Seagram’s. Also served as a subliminal advertising item for the patrons. Measures approximately 6.5” in circumference and 3.5” long. Item is in working order with intact spout cover that still opens and closes.
