Description: 1950s Regency MONITORADIO MR-33 VHF 30-50 MHz FM Radio Receiver, vacuum tube This receiver turned on, the tubes lit, and it had a little (not a lot) hum. The display light didn't turn on. I didn't have a decent antenna, just about 8' of wire connected. I tuned around the band and didn't hear anything. That said, I'm not sure how active 30-50 MHz is or if I was checking at a time when the band is propagating well. So, it's possible that the radio might work OK, but I'm assuming that it needs repairs to get it working correctly. Please look carefully at the photos
