Description: For your consideration 1930s 2 piece gingham cotton skirt & blouse set. Sleeveless smock top with pique collar detail & big waist pockets at the hips. Side button skirt with working metal “Zabin” zipper. Unlined. No tags. The color reads like lavender, but I believe this is a faded indigo due to blue buttons and the tonality it has in saturated areas. Fits like a modern S/M, see measurements below. Has belt loops, but I do not have the belt. Pre owned, shows general wear. Overall great set. Presents nicely, some flaws. Has discoloration, (mainly around the collar and near waist on the top). Surface wear in areas. Dye variance and fade - areas in the lining have a different saturation and the skirt seems slightly darker. Great fabric. All original buttons attached, some could benefit from reinforcement. Has not been recently cleaned but I heat steamed.
