Description: Condition:I am offering a collection of gorgeous Type 1 George Burke 4”x 6” photos, some signed and some not signed. The front of the photo looks very nice with his name written on the bottom edge (not an autograph), and it has4 pin holes, one in each corner. The back has evidence of some light adhesive that likely kept the photoadhered to a photo album page. Notwithstanding the imperfections, it is still a Burke and displays nicely. On a1-5 scale, with 5 being the best, I would rate this photo as about 3 with the main reduction being the writingand the pin holes It does in fact have the desirable George Burke RDM Studio stamp on the front. I guaranteethe photo to be a Burke and to be a Type 1. Cliff played for the Cubs from 1923-1930. The Cubs used thesejersey styles from about 1927-1930. I was not able to conclusively determine what year this jersey style wasfrom but I am relatively certain it is from the 1927-1930 timeframe. Let me know if there are any questions.
