Medal measures approx. 1" x 1/2". Back of medal says: BLI - I think that is the manufacturer but not sure of their full name. The chain is approx. 18" and is thin/delicate. Inside of box says: Immaculata - that was the name of my mom's store. This is new old stock from my mom's now closed religious goods and book store.
