The letter mentions that 20 copies were distributed privately, since this is copy 9 it is reasonable to come to the conclusion that this could be one of those 20 copies. Especially since the inscription is made out to the New York Shakespeare Society. Octavo, xxi, 159 pages, publisher's gilt decorated yellow cloth covered boards. Publisher's original slipcase.
